Ordering and Delivery
As soon as your order has been completed and payment received, a confirmation will be sent via email.
When placing your order you will receive an email confirming payment has been received. Your Cortigenix kit will be dispatched by close of business on the following day. You can choose from several express or standard delivery options.
Shipping options
Delivery charges apply for all orders and are calculated at checkout.
If you are ordering from within the UK Royal Mail Standard and Express delivery are available.
For international shipping FedEx International Economy or Priority shipping is available. Pricing for international shipping is calculated at checkout when you select your chosen method.

Returning your Cortigenix kits
United Kingdom
For customers located in the United Kingdom, your kit will include a return shipping mailer bag, which is prepaid for you to send your sample back to us. You can post your sample back to us from any Royal Mail post box.
International
If you are returning your sample from outside the United Kingdom you are responsible for all additional shipping costs required to return your sample to us. Shipping and transit times can vary. A shipping mailer will be included in your kit that you can use to return the kit back to us. We recommend using a trackable mail service to prevent any delays in the processing of your sample.

Important
When placing an order and in agreeing to our terms and conditions, you agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations in relation to export control rules within the receiving country. Cortigenix will not be liable for any costs relating to the release of items from customs and if an item is received back into our returns centre, you will assume any costs to resend your kit.

How can I track my order?
Cortigenix orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase. When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order through the Track my order section on your Cortigenix dashboard.
